What's the minimum order?

6 people for most catering orders. Coffee rounds start at 6 cups. Smaller team? Call us — we'll usually find a way.

Where do you deliver?

Free pickup from 241 O'Riordan Street, Mascot. Delivery within 10km — covering the Sydney Airport precinct, Alexandria, Eastern Suburbs, most of the Inner West and Sydney CBD — quoted on enquiry.

What notice do you need?

48 hours preferred. Short-notice orders are subject to availability — always worth asking.

How do you handle dietaries and allergens?

Accepted Answer

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal options on every menu. Tell us about allergies on your enquiry — items are clearly labelled and packaged separately where required. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs and sesame.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Kraft boxes and FSC paper as standard, with compostable cups, lids and cutlery. Reusable boards and trays available on request for in-office service.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Free changes or cancellation up to 24 hours before delivery. Inside 24 hours, 50% applies. Inside 12 hours the order is charged in full — by then it's already in production.

Can we set up a recurring weekly order?

Yes — corporate accounts available. Set-and-forget breakfast, lunch or coffee on a weekly schedule, invoiced monthly.

Delivery timing — what should we expect?

We aim to arrive 10–15 minutes before your stated start time. We'll confirm a tighter window the day before.
